During this workshop, we provide compassionate, evidence‑informed guidance on how the body recovers after pregnancy loss. This includes nutrition for hormonal balance, inflammation reduction, emotional regulation, and overall physical healing.
This workshop focuses on postpartum recovery, rebuilding strength, supporting milk production (when applicable), managing fatigue, and understanding how nutrition and rest impact healing after birth.
This educational workshop explores nourishment during pregnancy, essential nutrients, hydration, the importance of prenatal vitamins and gentle wellness practices that help mothers feel strong and supported as their bodies grow and change. We also discuss various resources for expectant mothers.
This educational workshop teaches caregivers how to create a safe sleep environment for their baby using the ABCs of safe sleep and current evidence‑based recommendations. We discuss how to reduce the risk of sleep‑related infant deaths, set up a safe sleep space at home, and access local resources that support safe sleep practices. Attendance at this workshop is required as part of our Cribs for Kids application process.

We explore how scripture, prayer, and spiritual practices can bring comfort, grounding, and renewed strength. Participants learn simple ways to connect with God, process grief, and nurture their spiritual well‑being in a safe, compassionate space.
This workshop teaches practical, accessible self‑care techniques that support emotional, physical, and spiritual well‑being. We explore grounding skills, gentle relaxation practices, journaling prompts, and simple daily habits that help mothers care for themselves through pregnancy, postpartum, and the grief that follows pregnancy loss. Participants leave with tools they can use at home to feel supported and strengthened.
These events offer space for mothers and families to explore healing through creativity. Using art, writing, movement, and other expressive activities, participants can process emotions, honor their stories, and connect with others who understand their journey. Registration for these events is required, and donations are encouraged to help cover material and refreshment costs.
An evening of remembrance held each year, allowing families to gather to honor babies gone too soon by lighting candles and creating a shared wave of light across our community. This year this event will be held at the Montgomery County Public Library (North Branch) 435 Jordan Road Clarksville, TN 37042. This is a free event, but registration is required as seats are limited to 50. (A link will be provided here when registration is open)
